Welcome to Day 1 of your weekend retreat with Onward Yoga. In this 60-minute class we will begin with ~35min. of slow flowing asanas designed to help alleviate the stress of the week, improve circulation, reduce inflammation, and reset your nervous system. Then, for the remainder of class we will slow way down into restorative asanas with intentional breathwork, helping you prepare to drift into a deep restorative sleep.Â
Apart from your mat, you may want to have a block (ideally 2), a bolster or large pillow, and a blanket. We can't wait to see you on the mat!
