Change happens, whether we are active participants in it, or not. The thing is, if we decide to embrace the flow we often end up more satisfied with the journey, and we might have a little more say in where we go. But if we try to fight it, misery is all we create -like a Chinese finger trap, the harder we resist change, the stronger the grip misery takes on us.
